Endotoxin test (LAL) 

Test for endotoxins in water, raw materials and finished products are performed according to the current edition of Ph. Eur. 2.6.14 and USP<85> Bacterial Endotoxins.

We are using the following tests:

• Gel-clot test (limit test/semiquantitative test) 
• Kinetic, turbidimetric method (quantitative test)

Endotoxins (lipopolysaccharides) from gram-negative bacteria can be detected in very low concentrations by the very sensitive LAL (Limulus amebocyte Lysate) test.
